Media: RKK/YPG terrorists forcibly recruit children
The terrorist organisation YPG (the Syrian wing of the PKK) continues to forcibly recruit minors from families living in the areas of Syria captured by the group.
This was reported to Anadolu by Redor al-Ahmedб the representative of the Kurdish opposition group Independent Kurdish Rabita.
This time the group's militants kidnapped 16-year-old E.S. in Aleppo province in northern Syria to recruit her into their armed units.
He said the militants took the girl away as she was leaving school.
He noted that the terrorists do not allow the abducted children to communicate with their parents.
The terrorist organisation usually send the abducted children to camps for combat training.
The UN's "Children in Annual Armed Conflict" report for the period from January to December 2022 indicates that the terrorist organisation PKK and its Syrian offshoots SDF (Syrian Democratic Forces) and YPG used more than 1,200 children as fighters in 2022.
