MoD: Azerbaijan disables over 200 Armenian optoelectronic, surveillance cameras PHOTO
The tracking and surveillance tools of the Armenian armed forces have been disabled as legitimate military targets at the initial stage of the anti-terror operation conducted by the Azerbaijani Army in the Karabakh region.
The tracking and surveillance tools of the Armenian armed forces had been detected in trenches, firing positions, strongholds and in permanent dislocations, Caliber.Az reports citing the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.
More than 200 improvised optoelectronic and surveillance cameras which used to belong to the Armenian armed forces were installed at an altitude of 10-15 and 20-30 metres along the contact line up to 480 kilometres to monitor the movement of the Azerbaijani Army’s units and civilians and to carry out various provocative actions against them.
Optoelectronic and surveillance cameras of the Armenian armed forces, detected through the surveillance equipment in the Karabakh economic region, have been disabled by the Azerbaijani Army through high-precision weapons.
