07 December 2022 18:19
Vahid Jalalzadeh, chairman of Iranian Majlis (parliament) Commission on National Security and Foreign Policy, said that he had no proof that the Iranian Vice Police had been abolished.
He noted that it might have suspended its activities for some time, Gazeta.ru reports.
"Like you, I have no hard evidence that the vice police has been disbanded. It may have suspended its activities for some time," he said.
According to the parliamentarian, he has seen media reports quoting the prosecutor's words about the dissolution of this agency, but he has no relevant information.
