Netanyahu meets with Blinken in Jerusalem

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Jerusalem.

Dmitry Gendelman, who is an adviser to the office of the head of the Israeli Cabinet, confirmed the meeting, Caliber.Az reports, citing foreign media.

“Yes, the meeting has started,” he said.

The prime minister's office confirmed that “a personal meeting” between Netanyahu and Blinken had begun at the prime minister's office in Jerusalem. This will be followed by “an extended meeting” with the US ambassador to Israel, Strategic Planning Minister Ron Dermer, the prime minister's chief of staff and military secretary, and the deputy head of Israel's National Security Council, the office added.
