Over 10 chess players to represent Azerbaijan at European Women's Chess Championship

The European Women's Chess Championship 2023 will start in Petrovac, Montenegro on March 18.
Chess players from 35 countries will take part in the continental championship, which will consist of 11 rounds, AZERTAG reports citing the Azerbaijan Chess Federation.
Azerbaijan will be represented at the championship by Gunay Mammadzade, Ulviyya Fataliyeva, Govkhar Beydullayeva, Khanim Balajayeva, Gulnar Mammadova, Turkan Mammadyarova, Khayala Abdulla, Sabina Ibrahimova, Ayan Allahverdiyeva, Laman Hajiyeva, Narmin Abdinova, Melek Ismayil, Nazli Humbatova and Lala Huseynova.
The total prize fund of the European Championship is 60,000 euros ($63,139). The championship will end on March 29.
