Putin affirms Russia's resolve against NATO

Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared that Russia is prepared to persist in its fight against NATO.

Speaking at a meeting with the heads of leading BRICS media, he stated, “When the NATO people get tired of fighting us, you ask them. We are ready to continue this fight. And victory will be ours!” Caliber.Az reports per Russian media.

Putin emphasized Russia's interest in swiftly concluding the conflict in Ukraine, acknowledging it as an “irritant” in global affairs. He expressed a desire for conditions conducive to long-term peace rather than a temporary truce.

However, he criticized the Ukrainian side for presenting its own demands, asserting that this behavior cannot be considered true negotiations.
