Spanish Air Force fighter jets to conduct flights over Estonia

The Spanish Air Force's Eurofighter Typhoon fighters, which perform the mission to protect the airspace over the Baltic States, will conduct training flights in the skies above Estonia.

"Pilots of the Spanish Air Force on Eurofighter Typhoon fighters will make flights in the airspace of Estonia, including at low altitudes," Gazeta.Ru quotes the Estonian Defence Forces as saying.

The drills are scheduled for September 26.

Low-altitude flights are, usually, conducted in designated areas, but not below 152 meters.
