Turkish media: Azerbaijan again demonstrates brotherhood in fighting wildfires PHOTO
Leading Turkish media outlets have widely covered the telephone conversation between Azerbaijani and Turkish Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Media structures of the brotherly country emphasized the importance of Azerbaijan's support to efforts to extinguish large-scale forest fires in various regions of Türkiye, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijani media.
The message about sending of amphibian aircraft from Azerbaijan to Türkiye was placed on the central pages of newspapers, broadcasted on the air of central TV channels and posted on numerous news sites.
The Turkish public was informed about the conversation between the leaders of the two brotherly countries by news headlines: “Azerbaijan has demonstrated brotherhood again!”, “Brotherly ties manifest themselves on days like this”, “Azerbaijan sends help to fight fires”, “Azerbaijan sends amphibious plane to Türkiye”, “Azerbaijan helps Türkiye in fighting forest fires”.
Turkish media also focused attention on the message of the Turkish Foreign Ministry with gratitude to Azerbaijan.
Dozens of forest fires have been recorded in the territory of Türkiye in recent days. A large number of equipment, dozens of helicopters and airplanes were involved in the firefighting operations.
