Türkiye and Azerbaijan attach great importance to the fight against disinformation.

Assistant of the Azerbaijani President, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev met with Director of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration Fahrettin Altun, Caliber.Az reports citing Altun’s message on X.

He noted that Türkiye and Azerbaijan attach great importance to strengthening cooperation in communications and media, as well as in the fight against disinformation.

“We will strengthen our cooperation in media and communications and we will continue our fight for truth in the international arena as two friendly and fraternal countries in the future,” he added.

Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı, kıymetli kardeşim Hikmet Hacıyev ile Başkanlığımızda bir araya gelerek çok verimli bir görüşme gerçekleştirdik.
