UAE police seize "Arab drug" worth $1 billion, smuggled inside doors

The United Arab Emirates law enforcement has seized 13 tonnes of amphetamine pills smuggled inside furniture.

As reported by BBC, more than $1 billion worth of the drug known as Captagon was found after officers were alerted to a suspicious-looking shipping container. Dubai police tore open wooden panels and doors where 86 million pills were hidden, in total dismantling 651 doors and 432 wooden panels to get to the narcotics.
