"Victory Run" race will take place on November 6 in Baku
The "Victory Run" charity race will be organized for a second time on November 6 in Baku by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, dedicated to the glorious victory of the Azerbaijani army in the Second Karabakh War.
According to Caliber.Az, citing Azertag, the entry fee for participants will be 20 manat (approx. $12) with the proceeds being donated for charitable purposes to the families of the soldiers that lost their lives during the war.
The run which be held under the motto “Ahead with pride” will cover three different distances of 3, 5 and 10 km lengths, with participants allowed to cross the finish line at any of these.
The track will stretch through Baku Boulevard, starting near the "Seven Beauties" fountain opposite of the government building.
Along the race, master classes in urban sports and other interesting events will be held.
All interested people over the age of 17 can participate in the race by registering by 12:00pm of November 4 at https://marathon.smartscoring.com.
