Turkish commandos kill terrorists as part of Operation Kahramanlar-50 VIDEO

The Gendarmerie Command and the National Intelligence Organisation have conducted Operation Kahramanlar-50 in Türkiye.

Two terrorists, one of whom belonged to the gray category, were killed during the operation carried out in Lice district of Diyarbakir province, Caliber.Az reports citing Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya’s message on X.

The operation involved commando teams using Gendarmerie UAVs and ATAK helicopters.

“Terrorists named Hasip Simsek, code name ‘Demhat Eylul’ and Mehmet Akalan, code name ‘Memo’, who was in the gray category, were killed as a result of the operation. Two people suspected of aiding and abetting were also detained,” the statement said.
