Armenian contract servicemen stabs his fellow soldier in Stepanavan

A dispute between contract servicemen in Armenia ended in a stabbing incident.

“On April 1 at 21:00, an incident occurred in the microdistrict called ‘Turkish district’ of the city of Stepanavan, at the intersection of the 2nd dead end of Khorenatsi Street,” Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

As reported, the parties to the dispute are contract servicemen.

“They argued about domestic issues in the military unit, after which they continued the conversation in the street, and the situation heated up to the point that A.M. was stabbed, after which he was rushed to hospital," the report says.
