Azerbaijan & Serbia boost economic ties in Baku meeting

The 8th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Serbia is being held in Baku today.

Co-chairmen of the commission, Labour and Social Protection Minister Sahil Babayev, and Serbian Culture Minister Nikola Selakovic discussed the cooperation between the two countries, reviewed the results of their work over the past period, and outlined the agenda for the 8th meeting of the commission, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

Nikola Selakovic expressed satisfaction with the expanding ties between Azerbaijan and Serbia.

The meeting also explored prospects of cooperation in various spheres, discussing directions for further collaboration to expand trade and economic ties through new projects in energy, transport and logistics, agriculture, education, and other fields.
