Azerbaijan, UNESCO discuss future bilateral cooperation
Azerbaijan’s Permanent Delegate to UNESCO, Fakhraddin Ismayilov, said he held talks with UNESCO Deputy Director-General Asa Regner on strengthening cooperation between Azerbaijan and the UN cultural and educational agency.
“I appreciated very much the opportunity to meet today Ms. Asa Regner, Deputy Director-General of UNESCO, and to exchange views on furthering UNESCO’s mission and the prospects for developing bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and UNESCO in the coming years,” Ismayilov said in a post on X, Caliber.Az reports.

The meeting focused on advancing UNESCO’s mission and exploring prospects for further cooperation between Azerbaijan and the organisation in the years ahead.
