Aliyev thanks Tokayev for support amid positive momentum in Azerbaijani-Kazakh ties

At a meeting in Astana with Kazakh leader Kasym-Jomart Tokayev, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed gratitude for Kazakhstan's support in the Azerbaijan-Armenia process.

President Ilham Aliyev highlighted positive developments in all agreed-upon areas between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, as reported by Caliber.Az.

“We have positive momentum in all directions we have discussed and agreed upon. We are actively working on issues related to the transportation infrastructure. We are essentially working on the Trans-Caspian transportation route as one team. Of course, within the framework of today and tomorrow's events, this topic will be discussed in detail. Also, this topic will dominate the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which will be held in just a few days, and we will be glad to see you in Karabakh again,” the Azerbaijani leader underscored.
