Armenia, US discuss supplies of armoured "ambulances"

US Ambassador to Armenia Christine Quinn has said Armenia and the US were discussing the supply of armoured "ambulances" to the Armenian side.

According to her, the sides are discussing Armenia's needs in the military sphere and have already agreed on several issues, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.

The ambassador singled out Armenia's request for supplies of armoured ambulances that can be used in conflict zones.

"We have already agreed that we will move forward on this issue and are now working on ways to realise it so that we can provide this assistance," the diplomat said.
