Azerbaijan defuses 48 more mines in liberated lands

Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) found 48 more mines in the liberated territories last week.

Some 11 anti-personnel mines, 37 anti-tank mines and 328 unexploded ordnance were found and defused during mine clearance operations conducted in Tartar, Aghdam, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan from March 6 to March 11, Report informs.

As a result, an area of 754 hectares was cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
