Azerbaijan, Estonia to hold political consultations in early 2026
Azerbaijan and Estonia will hold political consultations in the first half of 2026 in Baku, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has said.
He made the remarks during a joint press conference with his Estonian counterpart, Margus Tsahkna, in Baku at the Foreign Ministry, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
Bayramov noted that he regularly discusses bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the Estonian minister on various international platforms.
“Mutual visits are of great importance. Today’s visit by the minister and his meeting with the President of Azerbaijan are significant. We were able to cover a wide range of issues. EU-Azerbaijan relations were among the topics discussed, as well as regional and global matters,” Bayramov said.
The minister added that the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Estonia had already held political consultations earlier in 2024.
