Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan review diplomatic recruitment, training systems
Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have discussed cooperation and the development of interaction between their foreign ministries, with a particular focus on personnel policy and institutional management, according to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov and Head of the Apparatus of Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry Amangeldy Sainov held talks on strengthening coordination between the two countries’ diplomatic services, Caliber.Az reports.
The meeting in Azerbaijan included representatives of structural departments responsible for personnel and financial policy, real estate management, and information security.
Participants exchanged views on the role of diplomatic services in modern conditions and ways to further improve their effectiveness in promoting national interests.
Special attention was given to personnel policy issues within the foreign ministries of both countries, including the improvement of diplomat recruitment procedures and professional training systems.
