Azerbaijan's president approves memorandum of understanding with UAE

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved a memorandum of understanding between the governments of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates, providing for cooperation in the exchange of government practices, Caliber.Az reports, citing the official website of the head of state.

To recall, the memorandum was signed on February 4 of this year in Dubai.
