Azerbaijan's Victory Day celebrated in Los Angeles

Azerbaijan's Victory Day has been solemnly celebrated in Los Angeles.

The event held by the Azerbaijani Consulate General in Los Angeles was attended by US politicians, Los Angeles County officials, consuls general of foreign countries, famous figures of science and culture, journalists, members of the Azerbaijani community, as well as leaders of friendly Turkish, Jewish, Pakistani and other communities, APA reports, citing the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles.

Azerbaijani Consul General Ramiz Dashdamirov, who spoke at the event, informed the guests about the history of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, the history of Karabakh, and the occupation of Azerbaijani lands.

A short film dedicated to Victory Day was also shown at the event.
