Azerbaijan simplifies visa issuance to Pakistani citizens

The Azerbaijani government has launched an online service “User's Friend” to issue electronic visas to citizens from different countries, including Pakistan.

As Report reports citing Pakistani media, the measure is aimed at simplifying the issuance of visas for tourists and strengthening cultural ties.

The launch of the “User's Friend” online service provides unimpeded access for Pakistani tourists to Azerbaijan.

For a single-entry 30-day e-Visa, Pakistani tourists can avail of the standard category by paying $69. Processing times for visa applications in this category range from 3 to 5 days.

In an emergency, a visa for Pakistani citizens will cost $119.
