Azerbaijan to resettle 20 families in liberated Talish village soon PHOTO
The Azerbaijani president's special representative in the liberated territories of the Karabakh economic region (except the Shusha district), Emin Huseynov, has said that 20 families will be resettled in the liberated Talish village soon.
Huseynov made these remarks at a meeting with the families who at the initial stage will be resettled in Talish, the Azerbaijani State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced People told Caliber.Az.
The construction and restoration work was carried out, new houses were built and the necessary infrastructure was created on the basis of the president’s instructions after the liberation of Talish village from occupation.
The Repatriation Department of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced People held a drawing of lots among 20 families that will be resettled in the village on the basis of the principles of transparency and fairness.
The address of the house for each family is determined. Some 15 of them are three-room, 1 two-room and 4 four-room private houses.
Some 20 families that will be resettled to Talish village currently live in Baku, Barda, Tartar, Samukh and Goranboy, mainly in temporary accommodation, in difficult conditions, and in emergency houses. They will move to new houses on the eve of the Novruz holiday, March 16.
