Azerbaijani, Finnish presidents discuss regional issues in Davos PHOTO

On January 20, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with his Finnish counterpart, Alexander Stubb, in Davos to discuss regional issues and prospects for cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) countries.

They also touched upon opportunities for further development of Azerbaijan’s relations with the European Union, Caliber.Az reports, citing the official website of the Azerbaijani head of state.

During the meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction with their previous encounters and noted that those discussions had been productive in advancing bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Finland.
