Azerbaijani leader approves two cooperation agreements with Uzbekistan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved an agreement on cooperation between the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry and the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

President Aliyev also ratified an agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan aimed at protecting the rights and labour activity of Azerbaijani citizens temporarily working in Uzbekistan, as well as Uzbek citizens temporarily employed in Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing the information posted on the official website of the Azerbaijani president.

Both agreements were signed in Tashkent on August 23, 2024.
