Azerbaijani President appoints new military aide

Andrey Vladimirovich  Sipilin has been appointed assistant to the Azerbaijani President - head of the department for military-technical support of the presidential administration.

President Ilham Aliyev signed a corresponding order, Caliber.Az reports with reference to the official website of the head of state.

Another order relieved Andrey Sipilin of his post of assistant to the First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
