Azerbaijani president appoints new minister of labour and social protection PHOTO

Anar Aliyev has been appointed minister of labour and social protection of the population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The corresponding decree was signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Caliber.Az reports. 

Prior to his appointment, Anar Aliyev held the position of deputy minister of labour and social protection.

Meanwhile, Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Samir Nuriyev introduced the newly appointed Minister of Finance Sahil Babayev to the staff.

Earlier, Sahil Babayev was the minister of labour and social protection of the population.

Nuriyev emphasised that the work of the Ministry of Finance is under the constant supervision of President Aliyev.

He also informed Babayev about the tasks assigned by the president to the ministry of finance and wished the new minister and the ministry’s team success in fulfilling those goals.
