Azerbaijani president arrives at Bishkek’s Yrys Ordo Congress Hall for SCO Plus meeting PHOTO / UPDATED

The SCO Plus format meeting has opened in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arriving at the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall to attend the gathering.

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov welcomed Aliyev and other heads of state and government attending the gathering, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azertag.

The participants later posed for a group photo.
