Azerbaijani president congratulates Hungarian PM, hails bilateral political dialogue
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, congratulating him and the people of Hungary on their national holiday.
In his letter, Aliyev expressed satisfaction with the current level of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and its friendly and strategic partner, Hungary. He noted that mutual visits, regular contacts, and close cooperation create conditions for further development and strengthening of ties, Caliber.Az reports, citing the president's official website.
The Azerbaijani president highlighted the deepening of bilateral relations, particularly noting the upward trend in effective energy partnership. He stressed that the intensity of political dialogue between Baku and Budapest plays a key role in enriching cooperation with new substance.
Aliyev also underscored the collaboration of the two countries within international organizations, including the Organization of Turkic States, expressing confidence that Baku and Budapest will continue joint efforts to further strengthen and deepen friendly relations and strategic partnership in line with the will of their peoples.
