Azerbaijani president congratulates people of Luxembourg

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Guillaume, and the people of the country on the occasion of their national holiday on June 23.

"On the occasion of the national holiday of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I extend to you, and through you, to the people of Luxembourg, my sincere congratulations and best wishes," the letter reads, state media reports.
