Azerbaijani president designates Shusha as 2024 Youth Capital of OIC Action plan underway

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order "On measures in connection with the announcement of the city of Shusha as the Youth Capital of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation for 2024".

Caliber.Az reports, citing the presidential website.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to prepare and implement an action plan for the implementation of the decree.
