Azerbaijani president launches restructuring of Karabakh reconstruction entities

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree ordering the reorganization of several state-established public legal entities responsible for reconstruction and development projects in Azerbaijan's liberated territories.

As Caliber.Az reports, the decree is titled "On Measures to Reorganize the Activities of a Number of Public Legal Entities Established on Behalf of the State."

Under the decree, the Ministry of Economy has been tasked with transforming a number of public legal entities into limited liability companies (LLCs) within two months.

The entities subject to reorganization are:

• The Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts;

• The Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts;

• The Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Lachin district;

• The Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the city of Khankandi, as well as Aghdara and Khojaly districts;

• The Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Kalbajar district.
