Azerbaijani president offers condolences to Chairman of Muslim Council of Elders

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolences to Ahmed El-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders over his sister’s passing.
