Azerbaijani president offers condolences to Iran over Khamenei's death

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolences to his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, over the death of the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
