Azerbaijani president ratifies UN Convention against Cybercrime

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has ratified the UN Convention against Cybercrime, formally titled “On Strengthening International Cooperation in Combating Certain Crimes Committed Using Information and Communication Technology Systems, and on the Electronic Exchange of Evidence Relating to Serious Crimes," Caliber.Az reports via the official website of the president.

The convention, signed on October 25, 2025, in Hanoi, has been ratified by President Aliyev with the corresponding statements and reservations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
