Azerbaijani president, Slovak deputy PM discuss expansion of bilateral ties Photo
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met in Munich with Robert Kaliňák, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the Slovak Republic on February 13.
During the conversation, the sides fondly recalled the Azerbaijani president’s official visit to Slovakia last December, and emphasised that high-level mutual visits make a significant contribution to the development of relations between the two countries, Caliber.Az reports via Azertag.
The sides also noted that the bilateral relations between the two countries, characterised by strategic partnership, are based on mutual understanding and support.
It was noted that there are opportunities to expand cooperation in various areas. Satisfaction was expressed with the development of cooperation in the military-technical field, and views were exchanged on the prospects for this partnership.
