Rwanda eyes Azerbaijan’s ASAN service model in presidential meeting UPDATED

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda on September 20 held an expanded meeting over a luncheon, exploring the potential application of Azerbaijan’s innovative public service model, ASAN Xidmət, in Rwanda.

The leaders emphasised the importance of enhancing economic, trade, cultural, and humanitarian ties, with particular attention to collaboration in energy, agriculture, tourism, and student exchange programs, Caliber.Az reports via Azertag.

The discussion included plans to expand the legal and contractual framework governing relations between Azerbaijan and Rwanda, aiming to support the growing partnership.
