Baku blames Yerevan for continuous provocations

Despite the peacekeeping efforts of Azerbaijan, Armenia does not stop provocations, said Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, at a meeting with Secretary of State for International Relations and Cooperation of the Portuguese Republic Francisco André.

The minister noted during the meeting on March 5 that Armenia does not withdraw its armed forces from Azerbaijani territories contrary to its obligations under the Tripartite Statement from November 10, 2020, and continues to create a mine threat, according to Report.

Bayramov said the liberated territories of Azerbaijan have been declared green energy zones and discussed cooperation with the European Union in the field of alternative energy.
