Belarus leader wishes continued progress to Azerbaijani president on his birthday

On December 24, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko initiated a phone call to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Lukashenko congratulated his Azerbaijani counterpart on his birthday and wished him new achievements in his state activity and good health, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani president's press service.

President Aliyev thanked for the attention and congratulations.

The leaders commended the successful development of bilateral friendly relations between the two countries and expressed confidence that the ties will be further expanded.

In the course of the phone talks, the presidents shared views on the prospects of cooperation.
