Georgian president congratulates Azerbaijani counterpart on Novruz Bayram
President of Georgia Mikheil Kavelashvili has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the President of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Novruz Bayram, emphasizing the festival's significance as a symbol of renewal, unity, and friendship.
In his congratulatory message, President Kavelashvili expressed his best wishes for happiness and good health to the Azerbaijani leader and extended his hopes for continued peace, progress, and prosperity for Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports.
He highlighted the centuries-old traditions of Novruz Bayram, underscoring its role in fostering mutual respect, friendship, and cultural harmony among nations.
"For centuries, Novruz Bayram has been a symbol of mutual respect, friendship, and harmony among nations. Novruz, deeply rooted in centuries-old traditions and cultural heritage, holds great significance in fostering people-to-people connections built on mutual respect, as well as in strengthening peace and good neighbourly ties," the Georgian leader noted.
President Kavelashvili reaffirmed his strong belief in the enduring friendship and strategic partnership between Georgia and Azerbaijan, expressing confidence that bilateral ties would continue to strengthen, contributing to regional peace and stability.
Concluding his message, the Georgian President conveyed his deep respect for the Azerbaijani leadership and once again extended his warm congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan on this special occasion.
