Houthis launch uninterrupted drone strike on Tel Aviv

Yemen's Houthi rebels have conducted a drone strike on a key location in Jaffa, Tel Aviv, with Brig-Gen Yahya Sare'e confirming in a televised statement that the drones reached their targets without detection or interception by Israeli forces.

This operation is part of the fifth phase of the "Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad," aimed at supporting Palestinian and Lebanese resistance against ongoing aggression in Gaza and Lebanon, Caliber.Az reports via Yemeni media.

Sare'e affirmed that operations will continue until the blockade on Gaza and aggression in Lebanon cease.

Israeli media reported explosions in Jaffa, noting that no air raid sirens were activated, which highlights the failure of Israeli air defences to intercept the drones. This marks the sixth strike by Yemeni forces deep within Israeli-occupied territory since July.

Yemen has publicly expressed its support for Palestine's struggle against Israeli occupation since the onset of a brutal war on Gaza last October, which has claimed at least 41,689 Palestinian lives to date. The Yemeni Armed Forces have stated they will not halt their attacks until Israeli assaults in Gaza end.

Following Palestinian resistance groups' Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, Israel has imposed a near-total siege on Gaza, severely restricting the flow of food, medicine, electricity, and water.

Additionally, Israel has escalated aggression in Lebanon, resulting in over 1,700 deaths and nearly 8,770 injuries from aerial assaults since early October, according to Lebanese government reports. In retaliation, Hezbollah has launched rocket and drone strikes against Israeli targets.
