Magnitude 4.3 earthquake strikes China

A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck China on September 18, with tremors recorded at 11:52 a.m. GMT+4, according to the Data Centre of the Institute of Geophysical Research at Kazakhstan’s National Nuclear Centre.

The epicentre was located in China at 42.21 degrees north latitude and 80.80 degrees east longitude, according to the centre, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.

The earthquake had an energy class of 9.6.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
