Second Dubai–Tel Aviv flight turns back mid-air

A second flight travelling from Dubai to Tel Aviv turned around mid-flight and returned to Dubai.

The Israeli N12 news outlet reported the development.

Earlier, a Boeing 737 MAX operated by Flydubai and travelling from Dubai to Tel Aviv made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia following an incident on board. According to a preliminary account, one of the pilots attacked his colleague with a knife, after which the aircraft began to lose altitude. Israeli authorities are considering a possible attempted terrorist attack.
