Kyrgyzstan’s top official set for working visit to Azerbaijan
Chairman of Kyrgyzstan’s Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, will pay a working visit to Azerbaijan on April 1–2.
During the visit, Kasymaliev will take part in the second meeting of the heads of government and vice presidents of the member states of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS), Caliber.Az reports via the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers.
The Organisation of Turkic States is an intergovernmental body established in 2009 to promote comprehensive cooperation among Turkic countries. Its members include Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, while Hungary, Turkmenistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus hold observer status.
The organisation brings together these countries to coordinate efforts in politics, the economy, transport, digitalisation, and humanitarian cooperation, while also shaping long-term goals outlined in the “Turkic World Vision 2040” document.
