Meloni tells Aliyev: "We must expand our cooperation even further"

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has voiced confidence that ties between Italy and Azerbaijan will keep strengthening, Azertag reports.

“I am confident that the friendly relations between Italy and Azerbaijan will develop even further from now on and rise to even higher levels,” Meloni said at a joint press briefing with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

She added, “We have reaffirmed once again that we must expand our cooperation even further,” expressing gratitude for the talks held between the two sides.
