Pakistani troops arrive at Saudi airbase as part of joint defence deal
Pakistani military personnel, including fighter jets and support aircraft, have arrived at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Saudi Arabia as part of a strategic defence agreement between the two countries, according to a statement from the Saudi Ministry of Defence.
The Pakistani contingent, which includes assets from the Pakistan Air Force, is in Saudi Arabia to bolster joint military coordination and enhance the operational readiness of both nations' armed forces, Caliber.Az reports.

The arrival is part of a broader defense pact aimed at strengthening security and stability in the region and beyond.
The Saudi Ministry of Defence emphasised that the agreement between the two "brotherly nations" is designed to improve bilateral military cooperation and ensure greater regional and international security.
