Pope Francis to meet world leaders at G7 Summit, marking a historic first
Pope Francis will meet with US President Joe Biden, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the G7 summit.

The Pontiff will travel to the summit, which will be held in Italy from June 13 to 15, by helicopter. He will speak at a session on artificial intelligence, followed by 10 bilateral meetings with leaders of the world's leading countries.
One of the main topics of the summit will be the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. Additionally, the leaders of the G7 countries will discuss the situation in Africa and migration issues.
This will mark the first time in the summit's nearly 50-year history that the Pope will participate.
