Polish government seeks to strip National Security chief of access to state secrets
The Polish government is seeking to overturn a court decision that reinstated security clearances for Sławomir Cenckiewicz, who had previously been denied access to classified information.
On August 5, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister filed cassation complaints with the Supreme Administrative Court, contesting the June 17 rulings by the Voivodeship Administrative Court that annulled the earlier revocation of Cenckiewicz’s clearances, Caliber.Az reports via Jacek Dobrzyński's, Press Secretary for the Minister Coordinator of Special Services, post on X.

“In accordance with Article 33 [1] in conjunction with Article 33 [7] of the Act on the Protection of Classified Information, Mr. Sławomir Cenckiewicz does not have access to classified information,” Dobrzyński stated.
