President Aliyev addresses participants of international conference in Baku

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has addressed appeal to the participants of the international conference on the topic of “The Constitution and the Rule of Law in Modern Legal Systems.” 

The conference is underway in Baku today, November 12, with the support of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was organised by the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via the president's official website.
